Dispute and Complaint Resolution Policy and Guidelines for Implementation
The Dispute and Complaint policy applies to all schools of the Anglican Schools Commission.

The School Education Act 1999 (174 1(d)) requires an educational system such as the Anglican Schools Commission (Inc) to have a means by which disputes and complaints about the provision of education are resolved.

We seek to be a caring Christian community, where people are in harmony with each other. Therefore this policy is designed to assist staff, parents, students and others in Anglican Schools Commission schools to resolve conflict in an appropriate and satisfactory way.

This policy is written with the understanding and experience that, in most cases, matters are best resolved at the local school level.

Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy outlines the School's policy on how your personal information is collected, used, managed and disclosed. The School is bound by the Australian Privacy Principles contained in the Commonwealth Privacy Act (1988), as amended 14 March 2014, and considers your privacy important.

The School may, from time to time, review and update this Privacy Policy to take account of new laws and technology or to fit in with changes to the School's operations and practices so as to make sure it remains appropriate to the changing School environment.
