Absence from School

If a student is unable to attend school, the parent/carer is requested to call or send an email to Student Reception (cc to the PCG teacher), before 8:30 am quoting the student’s full name, code, and reason for absence.

We recommend sending an email as this serves as the written advice needed for the file. The Department of Immigration and Citizenship (DIAC) require students on a Student Visa to provide a Medical Certificate for every absence.
