Outdoor Education

Outdoor Education is a curriculum subject that includes Year 7 to 10 school camps.

Students participate in a range of activities such as orienteering, mountain biking and rock climbing.

The program encourages students to:

  • Adopt a balanced, healthy lifestyle.
  • Seek greater self-esteem and team-work and leadership attributes.

In Year 9, students can select Outdoor Education as an elective – taking part in outdoor activities such stand-up paddle-boarding, team-building games and sustainability studies.

In Year 10, students advance to mountain biking, rock-climbing, environmental studies and more advanced teamwork and leadership activities.
