Introducing Friends of St George’s
In 2025, St George's Anglican Grammar School is excited to establish our very first Friends of St George’s, a collegial group developed for parents, guardians and carers who are keen to support our students, staff and school community as a whole beyond the classroom.
Friends of St George’s will work with the school, as a voluntary committee, to promote and support the goodwill and friendships that already exist between parents, staff and students in our community.
Our hope is that Friends of St George’s will quickly become a warm and welcoming contact point for all families so as to heighten and enhance the connectedness and positive sense of community on which our school is based.
Friends of St George's will aim to organise one family social event, a token of gratitude for our teachers on World Teacher's Day, and use their provided budget to produce something additional for our students each year.
As St George's celebrates 10 years in the City of Perth, we could not think of a more perfect time to launch a parent and friends association.
